Registration and Tuition

$30 Registration Fee, $70 Tuition – monthly for one hour per week ($100 for two hours)

Dress Code

Comfortable athletic clothes will be preferred. Shorts or sweatpants, t-shirts, as well as, shoes and socks since we will be needing traction and climbing ability.

This is an obstacle-based class where students will experience functional movement exercises that develop all-round strength, stability and coordination. There is plenty to push, pull, climb on and crawl under!
